Editorial Design
In 2012, Andrea was a design intern for Reader's Digest in NYC. She designed feature layouts, worked in production of the magazine, and helped produce the iPad and Kindle Fire app. She also created visuals for RD.com, Facebook, and created the RD Art Tumblr blog from the ground up.
Dumb Friends League

Dumb Friends League is an animal shelter in Denver, CO that provides care, adoption, and veterinary services for animals who are vulnerable due to homelessness, mistreatment, or their owner’s financial situation. Andrea designed letters, a trifold brochure, emails, and ads for Dumb Friends League’s fundraising efforts. She also used her illustration skills for a fun infographic.

Andrea designed a pattern for 223 Baby Co. in Iowa City to go along with their branding. The owner hired Andrea to hand paint that pattern on the back wall of her brick-and-mortar store.

Annual Report Design
The Indian Creek Nature Center in Cedar Rapids, IA has hired Andrea to design their Annual Report for the past few years.
